Prices shown in the list do not include VAT.
VAT will be the 16% of the cost of the product within the UE territory. VAT will not be charged to items sold to any other country in the world, but the Customs offices in other countries will apply the mandatory charges.
Due to its special tax system the following geographical areas will be considered non UE areas: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. As a consequence, all shopping by
residents in these areas will be exempt from VAT
(other costs i.e. Customs charges and import taxes are not included in the article or in the shipment and will therefore be credited to the buyer).
Prices shown in FarAndSoft.com may be revised and modified at any time should conditions require it.
Paying System
FarAndSoft.com offers you various means of payment so that you can choose at your own convenience.
Credit Card
Once you have detailed all your shopping information you will be shown a page where you can choose your preferred payment system. This page is originated by a Banking entity (Servired) and all data will be directly addressed to this.
FarAndSoft.com not register your data in order to offer you a higher security.
The amount will be credited to your card when you place your order.
FarAndSoft.com has the right to reject any operation placed against a credit card.
Should this be the case we will reimburse the amount to its original card.
In this case should the client be interested in carrying on with the purchase we will then ask for a money transfer.
Credit Card Security Code
This is a very important code as a new security means in all electronic transactions.
There are three types of security code depending on the type of credit card:
Card Validation Value (CVV) is the three digits printed on the reverse of Visa cards and Discover Card.
Card Validation Code (CVC) is the three digits printed on the reverse of MasterCard.
Card Identification Number (CIN) is the four digits printed on the front of American Express cards.
This characteristic helps to validate its authenticity, making sure that an original card is being used for the shopping transaction.

To swift and secure your money transfers from a foreign country you have to facilitate de BIC and IBAN codes.
You must indicate in the field for the sender the order number, first and family names.
After confirmation by our bank that the transfer has been done we will start to process your order.
The delivery period starts from this date.
PayPal Payment
PayPal is a very secure payment method for your card.
Once you have detailed al your purchase information a page will be shown where you will choose your payment method. This page is originated by PayPal, and all data will be duly sent to them.

FarAndSoft.com sends orders abroad.

Delivery Time
The Delivery time will be 24/48 hours for those products in stock.
These are working days (Monday to Friday) as FarAndSoft.com does not send orders in the weekend or national holidays.
The delivery times are approximate.
Should there be a breakage in the stock or temporary unavailability, we would inform you immediately and would give you a new delivery time, or should it not be possible to send you the product, proceed to a cancelation.
A delay in the delivery will not give the client any right to claim for a compensation.
Guarantee
FarAndSoft.com clients benefit from the guarantee offered by the products' makers.
All damage due to any bad use or handling of the material or any wear produced by the reasonable use of the product are not included under the guarantee terms.
The MERMAS in the functionality of any item purchased due to the limitations in the understanding of the article are also excluded from the guarantee.
